Prohibition of Voice Use for Generative AI and Voice Synthesis Training:The artist's voice recordings are strictly prohibited from being utilized in any form of Generative AI or Voice Synthesis training, modeling, or similar derivative technologies. This restriction is intended to protect the integrity and exclusivity of the artist's vocal work. Any unauthorized use of the artist's voice for these purposes will be considered a violation of their rights, and appropriate legal action, including copyright claims, will be pursued.Notification and Consent for Usage Beyond Original Scope:Should there be any intention to use the artist's voice outside of its originally agreed-upon context or purpose, the artist must be notified promptly before such changes are implemented. The artist reserves the unequivocal right to approve or deny any proposed modifications to their vocal contributions, including, but not limited to, changes in tone, intent, usage in different media formats, or any deviations from the original agreement.Disclosure of NSFW (Not Safe For Work) Content:For any project or segment that may involve content deemed NSFW or potentially sensitive in nature, the artist must be informed in advance. This includes, but is not limited to, content that is explicit, suggestive, violent, or otherwise outside the typical professional scope. This ensures that the artist is fully aware of and consents to the context in which their voice is being used.Clarifications and Inquiries:Should there be any questions or a need for further clarification regarding these stipulations, the artist is available for discussion to ensure mutual understanding and compliance.
